El 8,3% del total de ejecuciones hipotecarias son viviendas habituales de personas f\u00edsicas; el 36,1% corresponde a viviendas de personas jur\u00eddicas (un 25,8% superior al del segundo trimestre de 2018) y el 3,8% a otras viviendas de personas f\u00edsicas (un 14,8% inferior al del segundo trimestre de 2018).<\/p>\n<p>El 27,6% de las ejecuciones hipotecarias en el segundo trimestre son sobre viviendas nuevas (+35,7%) y el 72,4% sobre usadas (+1,9%).<\/p>\n<p>Por comunidades, Andaluc\u00eda (1.971), Catalu\u00f1a (1.562) y Comunitat Valenciana (1.156) presentan el mayor n\u00famero de ejecuciones.
