El 32,1% corresponde a viviendas de personas jur\u00eddicas (un 29,1% superior al de segundo trimestre de 2017) y el 5,0% a otras viviendas de personas f\u00edsicas (un 17,7% inferior al del segundo trimestre de 2017).<\/p>\n<p>El 22,4% de las ejecuciones hipotecarias en el segundo trimestre fueron sobre viviendas nuevas (+26,5%) y el 77,6% sobre usadas (-8,9%).<\/p>\n<p>Andaluc\u00eda (1.535), Comunitat Valenciana (1.413) y Catalu\u00f1a (1.157) presentaron el mayor n\u00famero de ejecuciones.
